Power Move Virtual Yoga Studio was founded by Loulou Gaget and Heather Hartel in March 2020. This studio came together during a time when traditional yoga studios were unable to stay open and sustain their staff, and yet yoga and movement became more important than ever to the global collective.

Power Move Yoga's mission is to be a safe space for creativity and movement, support yoga teachers, and bring authentic joy to those practicing at home, while giving back to charitable organizations. Power Move Yoga donated nearly one third of its week 1 profits to charitable organizations, as its instructors raised hundreds of dollars for COVID-19 Relief for communities close to their hearts.
